Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the thecloudplatform.co.uk website. They are deliberately short — this is an informational site for a UK IT company, not a product you sign into here.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by The Cloud Platform Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10685442, whose registered office is at 36 Grosvenor Crescent, London, NW9 9DA, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Cloud Platform Limited. You can reach us on +44 20 3976 9020 or through the contact form.

2. Using this website

This site is provided for general information about our company, our consultancy, and the products we build. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated abuse, and nothing that would disrupt the site or its infrastructure. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

3. Our products and services

Decolla — our device-provisioning product — is a separate service with its own contract. If you use Decolla, your use is governed by the Decolla Terms of Service and Privacy Statement at decolla.app, not by these website terms.

Any consultancy or professional services we provide are governed by the separate written agreement we enter into with you for that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a contract for services — it is information, and any engagement begins only with a signed agreement.

4. No warranty on the information here

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide its content "as is", without warranty of any kind. The information is general and is not professional, technical, or legal advice for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and brand of this website are owned by or licensed to The Cloud Platform Limited. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, resell, or systematically extract the content without our written permission.

6. Enquiries and the contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form, we use what you send only to reply to you. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Statement. We do not publish direct email addresses on this site; the contact form and the telephone number above are the routes that reach us.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any non-contractual obligations connected with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version and date below will move forward when we do. Please check this page when you use the site.
